i deal salvia..(illegal in my state)
ive smoked everything from 80x down to straight leaf,
for your first trip i would recommend 20x, it will take you out of this world if you get a good big hit and hold it as long as phiscially possible,
id recommend using a smoking device such as a bong, gravity bong, water fall bong or a steam roller, something that will gather a large amount of smoke that you can take all in at once, also i say use a torch lighter, but a bic would work fine, exhale as much as you can prior to hitting it, then light it up and start sucking in hard, try and smoke the whole bowl in a single hit, salvia isnt as hard on the throught as weed is so dont worry about coughing up, you should be able to take a huge hit without a single scratch in your throught, once you've filled your longs with magical smoke hold it... sit there and hold the smoke..count in your head to 30, at around 15 you'll start to go wavy and prolly let your hit go, now your gonna start laughing a ton probably, like uncontrollably then your gonna be taken on a ride that will blow you away... its honestly indescribable on how crazy your gonna trip if you do everything well...all my friends have varied experiences and they are all fun and sometime terrible but once you calm down youll be fine,
-make sure you have a sitter
-be somewhere not in public (i recomend a house)
-have someone take your piece out of your hand when you start trippin
- let your sitter know your gonna be mumbling,
-your sitter should be someone you can trust not to fuck with you
-trip time will be up to 10 minutes with around 20 minutes of feeling weird after
-be prepared for anything
-music is nice, usually adds to the trip in a positive fashion
-anything above 60x is kinda pointless, dont go buy 120x for like $70 your gonna trip as you would with 60x
-your gonna wanna use tin foil (inb4 cancer) in your bowl, and cut small slits in the bottom, salvia is grinded very finely and will fall through a regular hole
-you might get very uncomfetrable and sweat A TON, dont worry its NOT LACED
-some say its not worth it due to the length of the trip, but it is a CRAZY trip much different then shrooms or LCD, this shit rips you from the planet
-enjoy your trip, dont fight it
