I'm not sure if morph is the official name for the effect but that what I've always called it. Just so we're on the same page here is an example of what I'm trying to do.

I have Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom 2 on my Mac so i should have all the tools I need. I have also looked online for tutorials but have found nothing. Maybe I simply don't know the correct name for it? I'm not sure. HELP ME OUT NS!
