Another "what skis" thread

i live on the east so i need something that can ski ice and hardpack, and i spend a lotta time in the park here. on the other hand, i spend up to a month out west every year where i need something to ski deeper, softer snow. i have Volkl walls now and love them here at home and they are great all over the mountain except when it gets too deep. i was thinking 93 waist or so and i like a symmetrical sidecut. help me out ns!

ya elizabeths aren't a bad idea also i would strongly recommend considering some ARV s they are 95 under foot and will take you everywhere and anywhere on the mountain and let you shred park too.

also a really good all mountain ski that is a little wider at 104 is the 4frnt VCT and they will be able to handle almost any pow unless you are skiing stomach deep

Blends? they can be taken pow or park and they are pretty duarable

Definitely yes. They're very good here in southern Finland and I think the US east coast has pretty similar conditions. Get them! Most fun park ski out there.

amplid antidogma they have very nice edges for that east coast ice and i use them out west and they work totally fine for me its an overall good ski

alright ill check those out, but if i go with line, should i get the lizzys or wait til next year to just get the new sir francis bacons? does anyone know the specs for next year? are they still gonna be 115 underfoot, or not?

You said you're going to ski a lot of park with them, so I'd go with Elizabeths. It's a fun park ski.

Not saying that the Bacon would be a bad choice, though.

I don't know for sure but I guess the Bacons will be 115 mm next year too. This guess is based on pretty much nothing though. Oh and the Bacons will have rocker. This is not a guess.
