Yep it's another what ski thread. So I am looking for a park ski, and I want something pretty soft and playful for butters and stuff. I weigh 120 pounds. I am looking at afterbangs and anthems, but my shop has a pair of Salomon Spk's for pretty cheap in 168. They feel super soft, and I'm just wondering anyone can tell me anything about these skis? I would also want to centremount any ski I get.
Go with the Anthems - super fun, super playful, and this is the last year they are being made...I want to pick up a pair just for that reason alone (although I want to hold on to them and break them out in a few years for fun....)
WHaaO! i take that anthem thing back. with a weight of 120 you are going to need some strong legs to grasp the anthems... i have the spk's in exactly that size and they are pretty much bombproof as well as very fun, even though they have a foam core :(
Okay so I think I will go with anthems. I just can't decide what size to get. I feel like I might grow out of 1601's right away but 171's would be too big.
