Mike D is the man. You may be too "core" to realize that the X Games is THE biggest thing to happen to freeskiing. Yeah, it's not the best competition and no they don't televise slope, but irregardless X is what mainstream culture remembers. X made the Tanner/Simon pipe duel of a few years back real big, and it made Shaun White into a household name. So it's a pretty big stage, ESPECIALLY for someone like Wallisch who has very little big time competition experience.

Two things.

1. Pay some respect to your elders without douglas there may noT be skiing as we know it.

2. Any rider when put infront of all of america in the biggest skiing compition of the year is going to be a little nervous. Even wallnuts.

shame on mike (i hate to say) for completely helping to push this sport into a double fest. Yea for the judges it may be the reality ( you need two or atleast one double,) but I just hate hearing that you NEED a double to win. I would be so okay with a dope spins with steezy double grabs and flawless landings, and more focus on rails, so everyone just doesnt 450 on 270 off

walkers run was definitely my favorite. most style and creativity. other then that, bobbys last hit was nuts and sammy was looking so banger on that rainbow rail.
