It was pretty foggy at bear today, with some snow fall, so I decided to try a backflip off a jump I wasn't really 100 percent sure on. I got too much speed, completely overshot the landing, all the way to flat. Not only did I go way too fast, but I threw the backie way too hard and almost went around again.
I ended up slamming my head into the snow flat ground, and got a bad concussion. Anything I should worry about? Besides not going too fast, and making the backflip more mellow?
