Just to get an idea, who is interesting in forming Team Newschoolers?

Last year, HOTS proved to be the best two days of skiing I've ever had. Let's hope this year will be even more epic.

I think my plan is to ride all day. Get some dinner, maybe do a little HW (probably not though) ride awhile mess around. Then take a little nap, but wake up early and ski as the sun rises.

thats might what im doin. ski till the sun drops eat dinner/hw/ maybe a quick nap then take another one at like 1am the shread from like 4am till later.

Skiing it last year, advice for anyone going, a list of things to pack:


Sleeping bag
Sleeping Pad - concrete floors suck
Pillow
Blankets - lodges get quite cold, concrete floors
Headlamp
Food - cafeterias aint open past 9. You will get hungry.
Extra clothes - cannot stress enough, though battling wet snow wont be a challenge this year.
Shit to do in the lodge - chess anyone?

Sleeping bags are for suckers
- The idea is to ski through the night.
- even if you do sleep, sleeping bags are for suckers.

-remember a night lens / goggle. Looks like it will be sunny during the day. but it will get dark at night.

- bring food. definatly, just snack the whole time. Get a bunch of cliff bars or something. Fat kid snacks are also great.

- energy drinks (not the disgusting ones that come in cans). Get your self some 5hour or instant coffee. When your on the chair and start to feel sleepy just toss a pack of instant coffee in your mouth.

- Music, music is great. Whether it is just singing or attaching speakers to an MP3 player, you will have way more fun with music.

- guns, because who doesn't love their bill or rights.

just got home. HOTS was alot of fun, sadly no where near as epic as last year, but still very fun. iFail(sam) had a little bit to much to drink tho, and ended up passed out on the bathroom floor

At least someone got a few grams of snow. Not as deep as last year, but I had fun. $170000 raised, kickass. Also, sorry I didn't have demos out for longer, but we will be back for sure this spring.
