Replying to 1 or 2 rooms for rent in Avenues Salt Lake

I have up to 2 rooms for rent in downtown salt lake city, The rooms would be taking my spot and another friends spot in a house of 5 because some stuff came up and we have to move out! Its a nice house and the basement was literally redone about 2 months ago, its really nice. All of the kids living here either ski or snowboard so it would be great for a skiier or snowboarder or both. If you decide to move in you will just have to take over my part of the lease which goes until the beginning of August and is renewable and we can work something out with the security deposit.
