I already searched a bit (dont have the ski's yet) but on TGR there is a lot of info..
Some old guys there mounted it way to far back and hated the ski's, after mounting more central they rocked..
Lots of people mount at the middle of the flat area or maybe 1cm back from that, not more..
Give me a review when you had some time on them..
ONE LIFES "BOOT CENTER" MARK IS -2.5 FROM TRUE CENTER
and I just said that in caps so that people scrolling through the thread could see it. 09 LL2s "here" mark was just ahead of this I think, but LL2s had a different rocker profile.
Center of cambered section of the skis(BTW, One Lifes have camber unlike LL2s. I think since they stopped making the 09 LL1 they added its camber to this years One Life(sidecut of LL2/LL1), and they also tweaked the rocker/tip after rocker from the LL2s) is under 1cm forward of "Boot Center' mark. I mounted mine at -2 of true(so +0.5 of the Boot Center mark) and love them there, and if anything would want them farther back(if I was deciding where to mount on a new pair again, I would go -2.5(so reco.) if my only need for the ski was a jib ski, and a bit farther back if i was aiming to just charge(maby -3.5, but since I have 202 Lotuses I mounted these closer to center and use them as my do everything in one day ski). They ride switch on groomers and in pow great at -2 of true, and I have no idea why somebody would go ahead of this since even -1 of true is PAST center of the cambered section, and even for switch skiing I wouldn't want them anywhere forward of where I have them. Hope it helps, these are some sick skis.
