They are the same. The lexus is more luxurious. Its like Chevy/Cadillac and Ford/Lincoln. Although now days the Lexus SUV's are quite different from toyotas.

Since Lexus is Toyota's luxury offset, you could expect the to look similar. 

Like other people have said, you csn expect the Lexus interior to be better equipped.
