A quick word on blocking ads

Title says all, im extremely unfamilar with using torrents to get my music. Basically can you download an entire album such that when i import it to iTunes all the song information is the same. Reason being is that i'm super anal anout having all my music organized. Does something along the lines described exsist? If not what a good torrent to use?
