okay so today i over rotated a back flip landed on my back and smack the back of my head pretty hard. Anyways i got a bad pain and started forgetting things the whole day is a bit of a blur. Anyways my question is, would a mouth guard prevent or at least take the some of the effect away? And how well does it stay in your mouth while skiing?
