Dear Line,

My message is simple: Please re-think your decision to drop the Lizzie from next years range. There are loads of skiers out there who love this ski, and there is nothing else like it on the market. There has been talk on here of people buying up remaining pairs to store for when their pairs get damaged. They seem so popular, I can't believe they don't sell well. There is no comparable ski so you have a monopoly on that niche. All those people you have hooked on fat park skis are going to be left lost and alone. If anything add a 182 length to widen the appeal. Since the SFB will have rocker next year there will be no overlap. Please.

Back me up NS.

Dear Lines Skis,

Thank you for being amazing. My chronics are the best whips that I've ever ridden. I appreciated all that you do. Longer park skis for next season are looking prime. If 182 lizzies were created, I would buy them. (I'm 6'3")

This makes me sad inside, i loves my lizzies alota. but isn't k2 coming out with a fat like 118 under foot buttery fun park ski next year. still they should keep the lizzies

In 145 and 155 they'd be a bit short for most people on here...

And I would like to back up the OP, once my Lizzies die I won't know where to turn.
(I've got a hunch that Line might have something super secret in store for us and isn't going to let us down)

They should just make the normal EP in a 175. And a 195. I would buy that shit.

ahaha, 155 would still be a pretty short for a pow ski on me.  the ep minis seem like a complete waste IMO

if they made a 195 EP i think i'd prob buy it too, the 189 hellbent seems to be the next closest thing

if they made a 185+ lizzy i'd prob jump on that too! i'm using THA 187s in the park and theyre a liiiittle stiff

the blends are skinnier and stiffer, more of an all mountain ski

I agree, but I don't really care about length because I'm riding 166cms that are as tall as I am, so it's all good.

Has anybody heard if they are going to have a similar ski or not, they say they're canning the lizzie but maybe replacing it? A perfect quiver for me would be chronics and lizzies, two skis at the opposite ends of the spectrum.

Yeah I was talking between soft and fat vs stiffer and thin. They're very different skis meant for riding park.

I agree with keeping it. Im pissed, i was actually saving up for next years lizzies (before i heard they were canning it) but now it looks like ill have to settle for armada Halos. 182 would be dirty

no tail rocker + wider base = seth's way of making his ski more of a big mountain charger.

if anything this years/last years obsetheds with 10/20 tip/tail rocker, 107 underfoot and super soft work better as a wide/playful park ski

dear line skis,

please bring back the invader. some of us would like a symmetrical ski with lots of flex thats doesnt weigh alot, like the afterbang.

I know you will do nothing with anything anyone says in this thread but lizzys are my favorite park ski i have ever ridden, 172 bacons would not be the same at all, i have bacons and lizzys and they ski completely different, i actually have the whole pollard quiver and eric got it right on the money, you guys shouldnt fuck with his park game, haha. Also i wouldnt mind the anthem and the invader back either, now this is after skiing invaders and anthems before and then skiing the afterbangs this year, not impressed at all....

I, too, have been sad about Line discontinuing the Elizabeth.

It is my favourite ski of all time. It changed the way I ski and I have so much fun every time I'm skiing. No ski compares to the Elizabeth. It's the most fun park ski out there, but also rips the groomers and is excellent in the trees. When I got them, I was so happy that I actually e-mailed Pollard to thank him for designing such amazing skis.

I'm gonna have to buy new skis for next season and I have no idea what to get. There simply isn't anything similar available. I hope Line brings back the Elizabeth at some point.

dear line,

please just scrape this entire year from production here is why two years ago was perfect:
invader for light weight symetrical butterness
lizzie for fat buttered sex
anthem for a good middle ground between these two.

as far as the length i think the lizzie should have stayed in a 172 and the sfb should remain unrockered in 182. line proved that a big mountain ski didnt need rocker with the bacon but offered the ep pros for those fortunate enought to get good use out of them. k2 thinks that adding rocker to anything makes it better which isnt true. afterbang sucks step up sucks please just bring back lizzie anthem and original sfb.

don't get me wrong its a good ski. i know its soft, tried em. i'd much rather have invaders. the swing weight of them maybe be light, but talking about actual weight, abangs are damn heavy. almost 2kg's per ski. so yeah while skiing, maybe the swimg weight is more important in the park, but i've skied light skis, and getting to the park is that much more fun when i'm skiing down on skis, not cinderblocks.

I've got the abangs . If you think the abangs are heavy to ski on, you should really go work out, skiing lighter skiis can also be fun, I agree whit you at that point of view. But if you have skied the abangs for two months you will never go back to any other ski. ( my opinion )

this was money i know you guys want to switch things up with your whole idea of skate board tech but please, people who skateboard as hard as we ski, would snap their board every weak, skiing  has not a lot of comparison to skate boarding sure we abuse our shit, but the fact is people don't have to replace their skis every year like people do with skates.
 I enjoy your idea of rockering the SFB it is a great idea, also having a non rocker is a great idea, i guess you can't win. I do not see the point in having a EP mini at all, i dont not kn ow anyone small enough to rock a 155 who wants to ride something as an EP Pro? and i dont have much to say to the mastermind i dont even know what its sposed to be.
 
I still might LOVE Line skis, but you disapoint me :(

my 2007 line chronic blends were by far the best and most versatile ski i've ever ridden. they did everything from slaying rails to big spins to pow and cliffs. the best ski i ever owned. and i love love love my ep pros. and i wish i had lizzies. hopefully they realize how much everyone misses them and throws them back into the next lineup. i'll buy a pair. for the little guys they should do a 165. and then a 172 and a 182 or 185. that would be so bad ass.
