I'm learning how to use vegas 7.0 and I can't find out how to separate the audio from the video.

How can I do this?

i dont use vegas but there is probably a button to "unlock" the video track from the audio track

u or right click and then ungroup.

to put it back to gather you can use g or right click and sycronize
