A great contribution from Rage. Some awesome skiing and some sick rails and wicked back country - good soundtrack too.
5)The Affiliates
None of it's English and I didn't care at all. This is great movie that I would recommend to anyone
4)How We Livin
Now we start to get to the serious business! Before this year I had films from Rage, MSP, PBP but nothing from the smaller companies. Stept have done an awesome job with this film. I actually love the fact that they combine ski and snowboard in the film - kinda nice to see it from the other side. Great park sessions and a killer soundtrack are the highlights for me.
3)So Far So Hood
I watched this after How We Livin and it seems that I am really gravitating towards this kind of film. Full of great skiing with killer tunes, So Far So Hood showed me just had crazy skiing is getting - especially hiking in the bc!
2)Wild Stallions
Honestly, I was really sketchy on buying this. Being new to NS, I was pretty scared of the circa 1984 day-glo lettering on the cover and the fact I had never heard of Ski The East! Who was I giving my hard earned cash to? Now I am a believer. Unfortunately I'm easily old enough to understand the dillema of skiing over 200cm skis and when moguls were freestyle! This film was some of the most innovative skiing I have ever seen and the barrel section was sick. Awesome job and can't wait for next year!

Level1 > WME - No statement could be more true than that! Again, I had not heard of Level 1 and it was only through comments on NS that I decided to think about buying a movie. Fast forward 3 days worth of ridiculous crap from WME and I had the Ten Pack on it's way - I was blindly out to support the little guy and honestly didn't care how good the movie was. Man I was thinking wrong - This was hands down, the best ski movie I have ever seen. I tried to go through scene after scene and describe my favourites but that was just an epic fail. Every bit of footage has it's place and what's contained in that footage is breathtaking. I have been away from mainstream ski movies for about ten years, and watching through the ten pack I can see that this is the way of the future. Oh, and again, a kick arse soundtrack! Josh Berman and crew should be so incredibly proud of this achievement! Oh yeah, to hear Warren in the film was such a great throwback to my younger days, truly a pioneer!
So any more suggestions - you can see what I own below!
