Jiberish size help.

im about 5'9.. anyone know what size jiberish would be a good baggy fit but not extremely big. or what are the measurements of the xl crew necks? thanks. any help= +k

did anyone notice that there crews werent nearly as big as in the size chart? xl was supposed to be 34.5 and mine in the front from the neck line down was only 30 or 31????????
