Rossi s3 or Sir francis bacon?

Im 5'10 140 lbs, i have the choice between 172 or 182 Sir francis bacon or 177 S3. Which one is the best for a all montain ski (park, powder, crud, groomer and trees) ?

That's a huge size difference man, what skis have you ridden in the past?  What did you like/not like?

Love my old  atomic punx, And i like my dumont but want something bigger never ride fat ski

bacons are going to be fatter, softer, and more playful

s3 is skinnier, stiffer, and more of an all mountain ski

go with the bacons

i'd say an s5 or s7 would be more comparable to the bacons... have you looked into those?

S5's have the same dimensions as S3's according to the Rossi website.

If you're a good skier def the 182. I'm 5'6" and my all mtn skis are 175s

get the s3's! they are still really playful, but solid in the crud and stuff, and the rockered tip makes them work really well in powder. and yes s5 and s3 have same dimensions but s5's don't have rocker which makes the s3 soo good.

dude s3s measure really short! If you choose to get S3s then get the 186. It actually measures more like 181-182. The 177 comes out at about 172..

That said I'd probably get the Bacon over the S3.
