Replying to Whose fault

So a few months ago a few weeks after thanksgiving I go to get some new boots. I got this years salomon spk kreations with a custom footbed from a professional boot-fitter. They seemed extremely comfortable at the time but after a few days of skiing they are killing my feet. My foot slides all over the place, i get really bad toe and shinbang, and my feet are overall just not comfortable. So should i go back to the shop and see what they can do?? or any other suggestions excluding "you should have gotten fulltilts." +k for good advice
