Replying to People with small feet, HELP!

okay so i have tiny feet. i'm small all together at 5'3" tall, 115 pounds, and 17 years old. i measure out at a 22.5 boot with a 266 sole length. i ride some dalbello krypton jakks and am okay with em. i've been riding these boots for like 5 seasons and am on my second pair but i really don't like em. they are pretty comfy and the length is perfect but they are cold and wet. i've had the whole boot "sealed" with silicone but my feet are still soaked and freezing after like 3 runs. and yeah i don't like cold feet but so far the only "expert" level boot in a 22.5 that i have found is the jakks. i like the flex of em and the index is 70-100 but i haven't changed out the shims since i got em. does anyone know a company that makes a badass boot in a 22.5? i'm a really aggressive skiier and i ride basically everything. freestyle and steeps. i can't ride race boots cuz they don't flex enough for big switch landings. so yeah. please help.
