Few qeustions about bindings

landed switch on a small jump.  brake caught and blew up its in pieces my shits fucked.  how do i prevent this from happeneing again? can i warranty? ive had this happen to me a few times once on rossis that were past warranty so i didnt bother. and this one on markers.  what is goin on can binding manufacturers do anything to stop it from happening?

dont dig you edge super hard when landing switch ride away dont carve away excessively. also dont buy skis with plastic brakes. and make sure your brake width isnt excessive to your ski width. my fks that my shop bent are pretty narrow to the point where sometimes i have to reach down and pop em up. but once they are up they are resting on the deck of the ski.

so this is just my opinion but i'd throw the markers in the trash. i work in a shop and last season i saw a lot of broken markers. dukes, jesters, whatever they make people were breaking. the whole brake thing happened a lot too. have you tried the look px12 jib binding? i know they are the same as rossi but i've snapped a pair of rossi toes off my skis so i'm partial to look. make sure your brake is barely wide enough to clear your ski. also are your bindings on a riser? the brake may have too much clearance inbetween your boot and ski/binding/riser and it might not tuck up all the way. but yeah i'd trash the markers cuz for some reason most of em don't work well. you can get the px12's for like 150 on evo usually and yeah i've never had a problem with mine.

its just what happens since brakes aren't designed to stop a ski going switch...yet
Hopefully in the future brakes will be designed for switch releases, but until then i guess all you can do is try not to have your skis release going switch?
Sure is a bummer though
