NEED HELP

OK, so this kid payed me for a sweatshirt and i shipped it to him after i made it (2 weeks later). I shipped it on december 21st 2009. I really dont know what to do because he has told me he has not recieved the sweatshirt. I absolutely remember making it and shipping it to his address provided via paypal. What should we do.

I am considering making him the sweatshirt again (most likely situation) but i do not know the kid and therefore do not know if he is scamming me. I am not blaming this on the kid but im not sure.


PLEASE HELP ME????WHAT SHOULD I DO!

Do you have proof that you shipped it? like a receipt or something?

Stuff doesnt get lost in the mail that often. Chances are he just likes it and wants another.

if u have a tracking number see if it was ever delivered, if not then idk dood
