Cancelling a transfer from bank to paypal

Is there any way to do this? I was transferring $400 into my account to buy one of the last SAGA suits and they sold out, so I'd like to cancel it and keep the 400 in my bank so I can go buy a jacket over at the oakley shop.

Any help?
