Can you ski without an edge? because i have 4 inches of my edge missing and its all covered now wiht epoxy and sealed so will i fall on rails and slip out because theres no edge to grip the rail? Thanks
Dude i made a thread about this like 2 days ago, the answer is no, youll break the core, i did it last nght and was sad. no money and no skis equals no skiing I had Thalls... they are dead
You're fine. I skied on a pair of sticks missing about 8 inches of edge on both sides on both skis. While they don't carve like race skis they're more than good enough for some park riding if you can't afford a replacement.
last year my suspects were missing about 10" of edge on three of the four sidewalls. I did not find it to be that bad on rails but carving into jumps was hard.
