EC headwear whats up ?

alright , im from europe , so i think a usual shipping rate would be about 2 weeks .
now is almost 3 weeks? any suggestions ?

Man, i ordered from them back in november and still haven't gotten my hat.  Its partialy my fault because i gave them an address that usps couldn't deliver to but i got back in touch with them and they said they would ship it to a new address.  Since then i've probably sent order@echeadwear and matty b 10 emails about ether shipping my had or giving me a refund and they haven't done anything yet.  I know that its a small core company but come on. EC really needs to work on their customer service if they want people to start taking them seriously.

I'm not trying to talk shit... i still think ec is dope, I'm just frustrated i payed money for a product i never received

yeah, my friend ordered a sticker pack like 2.5 weeks ago, and it still has yet to come.  they're definitely legit though, shoot them an email.

when i hand make my hats, the longest anyone ever had to wait was 2 weeks to get theirs. i could produce about 20 a week. its unfortunate that it takes so long to get some pre made chinese goods.

EC is so legit.
i have ordered sooo many things from mattyb and they have always been on time.
i once even got a hat that i wanted even though it said it was sold out

I would be patient...maybe something is up - like a few others in this thread, I have ordered from EC many times and my stuff always arrived within a couple days. I highly doubt it is Matty slacking off. Remember he's a young college kid who loves to ski too. Don't stress, he'll make it up to you.

I just wanted to say, i PM matt and he we got it worked out immediatly. seems like it was just a communication issue.  EC is a dope company, support it.

EC is super legit, sometimes matt gets a little backed up i think with all the orders, so be patient, takes time to ship too. Definitely a legit company with kick ass gear

from north america to europe usually takes minimum 2 weeks, up to a month.
you should be able to contact the company and ask for them to figure out what's going on.
