Replying to Full Tilt PAIN!

Got fitted for boots, got booters, they fit my foot perfect foot wise and I love them except for this 1 pain.  Where the liner overlaps because of the wrap around design, it KILLS the side of my leg near my ankle bone.  When I bought them I looked at the liner, said "this looks like it could hurt, does anybody complain of this?" Guy said no, I checked NS and didnt see any complaints and sure enough this is the only thing that hurts. I got n shin bang, no arch pain, everything else is mint but right where that liner overlaps itself, it gives me enough pain to end a good day in the park.  Any help, suggestions, similar feelings?
