Everyone,

This is a mash-up made by me, feel free to download it and support me IF you like the song. Also feel free to leave comments about the track as well. I am not a wanna be Hathbanger, nor a girl talk, I did this remix live on turntables no after production software and I do not want to be confused with the likes of both artists who are much better than me. Any support, subscriptions or downloads would help me out and be greatly appreciated.

Dude, thank you for the compliment and I would concur that Passion Pit is a truly genius band and it is reflected in Sleepyhead. As for other mash-ups I have many, I will post them over time and hopefully I will get the same reaction that you had to my track. Thanks again for listening and supporting me.

i have a headache now... not a bad mashup though i guess, they could've made the beat a bit louder in the chorus and kinda de-annoyingify the verse a bit.

never thought i'd find myself defending OhMyBosh, but...

some people have different music tastes. what sounds good to you might not sound good to everyone.
personally, i think this mashup is sick. but some people may not share my feelings.

agree with dat.

every time i see the fuck post something related to music, it has a huge elitist feel to it, as do most of his gay ass posts.

mashup was ill op, only complaint i could make was drakes shit was kinda sped up and sounded off, but being you made it  live its not too bad haha.

anyways,,    it  think the mix was aight. the weezy part was cooll.  but i didnt really like how the chorus of forever sounded.

I personally I thought it was a good mash-up, but mash-ups are kind of played anymore, its been awhile where I've heard that really made me perk up and think "Wow this awesome."

i dont get the whole mashup deal. i think its lame. i like the song forever but speeding it up to match the other song didnt do it for me.

you should try to mash up rap verses with classical music or jazz or something...

but why pick these two songs

and it seems so forced, the verses from forever needed to be sped up way too fast

I think technically this was amazing, but song choice was poor (I guess thats just my opinion), you should post up some other stuff you've done

Just cause he stated his opinion? I've never seen any other posts by him. But i gotta say I'd do the same thing. I'd turn up the drum and the bass and really make it kick, but that's what makes it your mix. I'd probably done it completely different, not just the drum and bass.

I dug the end besides the last second or two though.

I listened to this this morning and to be honest I hated it, but just listened again and actually kind of like it. I really like Eminems part up until the last couple of seconds. I would like to hear other stuff you do though.

To All,

      I appreciate the comments, that includes both love and hate. To clear up some misconceptions I did not use any programs, Just a DJ Turntable controller and Torq DJ. Also I like people to criticize my work and yes the chorus from forever is certainly out of key but I did not bother to change the key before I mixed so that was a slip up. All of the beat matching and everything is done by EAR and on the fly, granted it took me about 9 tries to get the thing down pat. I will try to post some of my other shit soon, and if you could, tell a friend!

not bad bro, i liked it. however, since you appreciate constructive criticism, i will say that i didnt like the end of the song. i didnt like the sound of the forever chorus at the end and i didnt like how you kept repeating the start of eminem's part.
