Let's not forget this is Salomon, who are probably having to warranty the majority of Suspects they made for some reason or another aha

Salomon's customer service has been rough the past couple weeks. I know my shop has been struggling with communicating with Salomon hardgoods department and their RTM branch.

Ha you think that they might clue in the fact that they are warenteeing 800 times the amount of skis that they were three years ago.

DUDE i know what you mean had the same exact thing happen to me, my shop was gay as fuck didnt ship them out till 2 weeks after i gave them my suspects, and i am now just gonna be picking up 09/10 suspects this weekend. I am gonna help you out a bunch right now here is the salomon HQ number 1-801-624-7502, just talk to them and tell them whats up cause i called me shop a bunch to see what was up and they never gave me any answers and salomon cleared it all up

Haha understatement of the day.

You realize your skis are going to have to go through dozens of hands until they get back to you.

First off, your shop sure as hell didn't ship them out the first day. They stuck them in the back corner for a few days til' it was convenient for them to box them up and have their UPS guy pick them up.

Then your skis, probably 10-14 days later (get real, the shop isn't going to airmail your skis) the skis will be dropped off at Salomon's warehouse.

Now your skis have to be sent to the specific department where they will determine if the damage is even covered under warranty or it's your dumbass fault for wrecking them.

All of this is happening while Salomon is focusing almost all of it's energy for SIA (it might have passed by now though) and starting to ramp up production on next year's line. Not giving two shits about last years line because they don't make money off of it.

So your skis are floating around maybe getting fixed maybe getting replaced. It's yet to be determined. And you think your so goddamn special that the entire company needs to focus on your needs.

When I worked at a shop I would pretty much tell people that they are going to have to wait towards the end of the season until anything gets done. It's just being realistic that a huge company can't put hardly any resources towards a department that generates no revenue.
