Throwing japan in with spins

i can't seem to get put a 3 and a japan together. if spinning counter clockwise what ski should i grab?

spinning left grab your right ski with your left hand. That way your arm is moving with your body rotation.

i'd say opposite. if you reach to grab with your left hand while spinning left, it will close your left shoulder and make it harder to rotate. on japan 3's i spin left, and grab my left ski with my right hand.
