So i've had my fks mounted on two diff pairs of lizzies over the past two years. Ive put over 300 days on the bindings in this time. I ride hard, but i take very good care of my equipment. I ride at a DIN of 11. I've popped out of them maybe 15 times total the past two years. All times that I should have, never pre-released. I recently bought a new pair of boots which have a 307 bsl instead of 301. Upon adjusting to this new length, i ran into a few questions about my bindings. I knew some of the issues were there, but its never affected how well these badass bindings have worked
So here are my questions:
Here are pictures of the left and right ski. Both bindings are mounted perfect, they are the same distance apart, but the arm lengths of one ski are longer than the other. Both forward pressures are set correctly. The white tab lines up w/ the marks. Is this a big deal or not? I think it may have to do w/ some of the other issues im going to mention
Left
Right
This little area, each circular piece that goes around the screw part, not on the arm, but the circular piece on thats flush w/ the heelpiece are cracked, or half missing. The bindings wiggle a ton, but again, once im locked in, they dont really move at all and has never effected how the bindings worked. Is this an issue?
Also the screws have indents in them on each side where the arm has pushed up against it for 2 years, is this an issue? Also where the arm meets the base of the binding, you know where that silver circle rivet type thing is? there is movement there too. About a mm of play.
Lastly, w/ my forward pressures set correctly, the boots sit differently in the heel when clicked in. The toe pieces are in perfect condition and the boots are brand new. Obvisously it makes sense that the arms that are adjusted longer like mentioned before is on the ski w/ more room by the boot. Again, i know my forward pressure is set correctly. Is this a big deal?
Left ski - arms adjusted smaller
Right ski - arms adjusted larger
Thanks for any help
