Forward pressure on sth 12 bindings

Hey guys, I recently purchased a pair of salomon suspects with the STH 12 bindings. The shop was really far away from my house, and I didnt have my boot with me when i went to pick it up so they didn't get to change the forward pressure for me. Apparently it's a really important setting so does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Any help is appreciated.
P.S- I already did the forum search and nothing came up that really helped me.

in the front of the binding there is a screw its a philips head. if it helps it would be the "nose" of the binding.

what? That's DIN, not forward pressure.
If the STH12 has the same wormscrew heel as does the STH16, then word on the street is the wormscrew needs to be flush with the back of the heel track. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's where mine is. It's not something you want to get too high or too low, or you'll be coming out too early or not coming out at all in a crash.

I'm very confused by what you just said for obvious reasons, but I think if I understand correctly you are saying that on Marker bindings the forward pressure screw is in a small hole and is correct when the screw is flush with that hole. That is correct. When you say the screw on your STH14's pokes out, that is also correct. It pokes out and keeps coming out until is is flush with the back of the heel track, as I said in my first post. So in fact, it can go flush. Not with a hole opening, but the face of the screw will be even with the ending of the black metal that is the heel track directly below the screw itself. Does that make sense now?
