Is there any good skiing in Czech Republic?

I don't care about what those bs tourism websites say, I wanna know the real deal.

I may strongly live in Prague for a year starting next fall (uni exchange) and I wanna know if there are some legit mountains (dryslope/little hills don't count)

Spindleruv Mlyn is the biggest in CZ, I can't say what's it's like now as I only skied there as a child...

To be quite honest there isnt really any large ski resorts. Most are based locally around different villages and have only a few runs serviced mainly by tow ropes. If you would like to see what the freestyle scene is like just go onto to vimeo and type in NS7 and you will be able to view a few videos which will allow you to see what the majority of the ski hills and terrain features are like in the CZ.

I don't know but my dad and grandparents escaped from there to come to america when it was a comunist country... My grandma still owns a whinery over there
