i think they're both good, i prefer refresh a little more because the soundtrack is sick and it feels 'fresher' haha sorry excuse the lame pun, but yeah i feel like Refresh offered something a little more cutting edge and interesting than re:session.  That said, they're both awesome movies, stoked my boss always has them + everyday is a saturday on a big screen in the store where i work, such a good background distractor!

re:session had the best skiing in any movie i have ever seen. you're a fool if you think different.
but they're not comparable really. different types of movies for suited different audiences.

I was thoroughly amazed by Re:Session. Ian McIntosh's 30 second continuous faceshot in the AK segment made me want to cry.

I agree with the rail segments. I can watch about 30 seconds of those, then I'm done. Haven't seen Re:Session yet.

you're comparing two different kinds of movies.

Re:session would be more comparable to In Deep

while Refresh is more comparable to EDIAS, Pretty Good, So Far So Hood, etc.

I like Re:Session much much more then Refresh. In fact I didn't really like Refresh at all.

They are hard to directly compare tho since Re:Session is more big mountain orientated and Refresh is more park/urban. It all comes down to preference.

Re:Session without a doubt, and I think Refresh is just insane! Both had good soundtracks, but Re:Session just got it so right this year.
