EVERY single girl at my school owns uggs. And they wear them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And they wear skinny jeans and uggs, or shorts and uggs. During the summer, they wear uggs. 100 degree weather, LET'S WEAR MY FUCKING UGGS. Fucking sluttastic weather confused idiots. The girls at my school suck. And I know you're all thinking "If they're sluts, bang them" No, they are all ugly and HUGE teases.

Anyone notice that uggs are the ugliest pieces of shit ever?

I used to hate uggs.

then today I thought about how fucking awesome it would be to have my feet rapped in fur lined leather.
that would be fucking awesom. I might try and figure out how to fit some other part of a dead animal into the picture. Maybe I would be eating a steak with a fork carved from bone.

In order to be a hipster you need to be ironic, and you have to wear stuff that's vintage or beat up. It also helps not to shower. That chic was just generally well dressed and wearing non-ironic jewellery to boot. I think your issue was probably with the leg warmer things.

How you dress is part of how you act. Being well put together isn't the most important thing about a person but it does speak volumes. There are plenty of d-bags and bitches who dress nines.

ya but your idea of being well put together is completely different than mine, so there really is no way to judge someone other than by your standards, which makes judging a person by their clothing completely retarded due to the fact that your sense of style could be different than someone else who has their shit together, but because you dont have the same sense of style you think they are a douche, when they may not be in reality

Yeah but moral relativism is bullshit and so is that. If your idea of well dressed is an affliction t-shirt and ripped A&F jeans you don't have a perspective, you have a problem. There is room to differ when it comes to, "Okay, I can see what you tried to do there but it's not working for me" (like this du, http://www.thesartorialist.com/photos/1139SeventhAve6508Web.jpg), and "That just looks trashy". Sure it's a matter of taste but that doesn't mean bad taste doesn't exist.

Affliction shrits sell for 45 but I can get them for about 15 cause I have a friend that is sponsored by them. If that is what you mean by AA.

I get TapouT shirts when their site has a sale for like $8 so those are cheaper... and last longer than Affliction.

And Klazo, I realize those are not classy at all. I wear them because they are comfortable. And fit my fat ass.

Hate to break it to you but they're just shitty printed T shirts, they don't last more or less long. By AA I meant American Apparel which is kind of the standard in plain cheap t shirts (and also the standard in hipsters but whatever, it's a plain t shirt). Really having ugly branding plastered all over it should make it worthless but I guess do what you do.

Let me throw my had into the fashion ring since JD has already done so.

Well dressed girl > Slutty dressed girl. This is always true, always. Any girl can be slutty, easiest thing to do, but to dress well and still be sexy, now you have something. I personally hate uggs like the plague, but I do love myself some spandex. The right girls can pull it off. There are a ton of different cultures where I live in NYC, but I have to hand it to french girls the title of best dressed. They don't nessicarly have the very best of the best in terms of brands, they just put things together well. Lots of black, simple clothes, with some little flair I can't put my finger on. I don't care how hot a girl is, I honestly would just pass her over if she came up to me in a northface and uggs, honestly, how bland can you be?

You are wrong. Originally designed for surfers to wear once exiting the cold waters off Austraila and New Zealand. Tall to keep sand out, and made of what they have a ton of, sheep. Wide foot print to stay on top of the sand and make walking easy, and large volume inside to be easy to get on with wet feet.
