Room for rent in Breckenridge

hey everyone i was just wondering if anyone wanted to rent a room from a group of college skiers one of our roommates bailed and there is an open room availiable rent ranges from 400-500 + utilities. Rent would be for febuary march and april no contract needed. Let me know if there is interest and i'll throw up pictures also we are located in Blue River 4 minutes from downtown Breck.
