Not to mention rodeo 3 is by definition impossible. And flat 3 is easier for sure, you just look sideways and backflip. My flat 5s always go rodeo ><.
Being able to do a striaght up seven doesnt correlate into doing a flat spin at all. So by that critera, no. But if you have them (flat) on lockdown on trampolines you are probably safe to try a flat 3 or 5.
On a side note, I wonder how many of the people giving suggestions in this thread can actually do either of the tricks...Probably less than half.
If you have never done the trick then how are you supposed to tell someone else how to do it?
Thanks for making this thread, it answered my question. I think im gonna try a flat 3 first then set the spin a little harder and go for a 5. Sorry for the thread jack but would a little 10-15 ft jump be good for learning these?
