BC drug kingpin revealed as informant

A little while back I posted a thread about Sam Brown, who was essentially a professional mountain biker turned drug smuggler. Well he got caught due to Colin Martin informing the feds about him and he hung himself in jail while awaiting trial. Well the guy that tipped off the DEA and feds, Colin Martin, about Sam Brown has now had all his information released to the media. Check this article for details. And I'm sorry but NS doesn't let me hyperlink when making threads so you're going to have to copy/paste.

go to your settings and turn off the fancy gui editor, it makes everything so much easier. especially pics, links, and video embeds.

and that guy will undoubtedly be murdered. its just a matter of time a group will find him and make him pay for what he did.

I also love how much info the article gives on the hit team that will more than likely be going after this guy hahaha "Generally, the hit team will involve about five people — the shooter, the back-up shooter, the driver, the spotter and the body-disposal guy. "  Hahaha seriously?!

not sure what you posted about sam brown but they had a big article in rolling stone about him and his arrest and hanging. it was incredibly interesting. i remember seeing him in new world disorder3 i think. with the loop de loop?

at that level of drug trafficing i'm surprised the guy actually sold out to his crew that simply.

his life will soon be cut short there is no doubt about it. whether right or wrong what he did, he's fucked.

after all , .... "snitches get stitches". still implies at their level of work haha.

sam brown was such a sick rider, i had the oportunity to ride with him in whistler a few years back, hella chill, hella good. Guy just liked to ride and get faded, whats wrong with that??? fucking bitch ass snitch, he WILL get whats comming to him,

Haha I love how the article makes it out like the US didn't know what they were doing when they released the information that he was an informant. They got all the info out of him that they could and now its his turn to go down one way or another.

Since we can't litigate like we can in legal law systems, and this person has undoubtedly ruined a few peoples lives forever, and disrupted drug operations for a corporation (yeah lets cut it out, quit fucking around. Drug dealers are corporations with overhead, profit margins and  deal with shipping logistics, any other hype about them is to just try and tarnish the reality of what they do).

Since we can't put the informant in jail, the only thing drug lords can do is murder them and their family to try and set an example. This is a business where you make a lot of money, but you also need to know the risks, and realize you are the one putting your ass on the line, you suffer if you fail. Not the whole organization. For being a stand-up guy the and NOT narc'ing....your organization can make your time in jail a lot better than the police can. A weekly account at jail filled with cash to buy things from the commissary, protection, etc.

All the cops can do is get you killed.

If you got AID's, would it be fair to just simply give everyone else you know AID's? If you got busted with 37 pounds of weed on your back, would it be fair to just bust everyone with weed that you know?

you guys make it sound like this is such a rare occurrence...


anytime there is a lot of money involved, there are informants. some of the most infamous criminals of all time were informants. There is no such thing as clean, clear cut criminal in these cases. They are able to do so well because they guarantee themselves safety by throwing others under the bus

I'd hope he'd be killed in any snitching situation like this but it just makes it so much worse that his informing resulted in the death of Sam Brown.
