Replying to Saga not responding to an important question

i hate to bitch about this but its making me sad. I have been saving and waiting for awhile to get a tall t thermal and they finally came on but i went to the store and they were all sold out pretty much. except the one i wanted. its the red one in size Large. my problem is that whenever i hit the buy it not button it doesnt do anything, numerous times ive tried and on different computers too. ive tried everything and im freaking out cause i dont want it to be sold out before i can get one! can someone help me?
