My dad... "whos a-rod"

so my dads the boss at a boat marina and they do these sweeet murals on the back of peoples boats and thats what there known for. like they use this ill paint so when the sun hits it, it looks unreal. but anyway it was a really busy day in the shop and 2 men go to my dad when hes trying to do something. the one mans says "Hello this is my client Alex Rodriguez" and what does my dad do...

he doesnt even look up and says "Make an appointment, i dont have time for you"

so now my dads secratary is looking at him dumbfounded and A-rod is not even believing this is going on.  so a-rod just turned around and stormed out of the place. once he left my dads secratary flipped a shit and was like "Do you know who that was?!?!"

can you guess my dads responce?

"what was he like a racecar driver or something"

he has no clue who he was and did not care one bit who he was. My dad is officially the man

Yeah, shits that. A Rod seriously has a guy going around with him telling people that he is his client. And actually storms out just cause your dad didnt know who it was. Guy needs to get back down to earth.

It reminds me of when i was in Boston waiting in line at the original pizzaria regina's in the North End.  They make you wait in line outside and it was cold and Dane Cook walked up to the front of the line trying to get in.  The woman said,"alright it will be about 45 mins you can wait at the end of the line."  and then he said, "Im sorry maybe you dont know, Im Dane Cook."  to which the women responded, "OK Dane it will be about 45 mins.  please wait at the back of the line."  It was great he just stormed off.

haha that is really funny. and sick that your dad gave that guy a reality check. even if he did know who he was i hope he would have done the same thing.. what kind of person goes around telling people who they are and expecting a different response, and then getting pissed when someone doesnt know who they are

dad sounds legit- but true about basically telling a customer to fuck off- a-rod or no a-rod thats an easy way to lose business-

the rule in business is that if you make one person happy they'll tell 5 epople- if you piss one person off they'll tell 20 people-

with a guy like a-rod all of his friends prob have serious cash too

on another note- do you have any pics of the murals cause they sound legit
