Last year i had the 08/09 atomic punx with the Rossignol FKS 120 worldcup bindings, with the turntable heel and all. after 2 weeks, the core basically blew up from under the heel piece. it first looked like the top sheet was cracking on either side of the heel piece parallel to the edge, but then the heel piece pulled up the entire core but was held in place by the top sheet so it would sorta bounce.
Luckily atomic warantied, and sent me 09/10 punx, but i traded them in for 08/09 armada pipecleaners. these worked all last year, and 2 weeks this year, but the same fuckin thing happened to these skis.
now i need to drop another $500 on a new pair of skis!! but why is this happening? do i have really bad luck? or are these race bindings not exactly primo for park skis? im always in the park, and i broke both pairs at keystone, i just dont know what i was doing when i did brake them. these skis basically only got 30 days worth. and what ski can i get that is ABSOLUTLY bombproof. because i dont want to spend anymore money on skis.
