Replying to Looking for a Summer internship/apprenticeship

So i'm a sophomore in high school, and i want to get into the ski industry. So i decided a summer internship/apprenticeship. Even though i'm only 16, and i know many ski companies or ski industry companies look for college students. I feel that i am qualified to be a help in anyway. Even if its a non paying internship/apprenticeship, i just want to learn what happens on a day to day basis in the summer or during the year. I had to apply to another job so i have a resume and cover letter. I know how skis are designed and built, considering i built and i am building my own pair again right now. So if you know anyone who is looking for an intern/apprentice or if u are looking for a cheap one, then i'm here, cause i just want to learn more. Leave a comment if you have had a internship/apprenticeship with a company in the ski industry and what it was like, or any tips. I know that since i'm younger i have less of a chance, but i don't care its worth trying. Also if your looking for an intern to work for you pm me and let me know.
