Where to buy leather scott pole straps

anybody know where i can find the leather pole straps that come on select scott poles? and punk lookin ones with holes in them.

they stretch like spandex! when i just got mine i had to loop widest to make em fit; now i use the tightest one...

and they come with scott poles and scott grips; my P4 has nice white ones...
