Saga sent me the wrong color

I ordered a Large black jacket and they sent me a purple and black. It sucks because I bought two pair of pants to match the black jacket but it doesn't match the purple and black. I would have sent it back but the day I got it I was going on a ski trip and needed a jacket to wear.
So it kinda sucks. Could Saga on NS please contact me if you see this?

they do their business over phone and email, not ns, im sure if you contact them they will fix the issue

Wait are you asking for a refund or exchange? You knowingly got the wrong color and still wore it? Thats your own fucking fault. If you really wanted to exchange it you should have never worn it. Knowing how legit Saga is they might help you. But i honestly think you should be shit outta luck for being an idiot.

i dont think they'll be able to help you exchange or refund it since you've already worn it but its still good to let them know.  If you haven't worn the pants yet, maybe exchange those for something that will match your drank jacket.

You know its people like this guy that fuck up customer service...Saga is an amazing company with great rep and great customer service..they give out free shirts and stuff when they mess up because they can trust there customers. But when they get on here and read shit like this it makes them think twice about the next time a person tells them they messed up an order.

Just throwing this out there, but in my opinion I don't think there is a single pair of saga pants in the 2010 line that you couldn't wear with the drank jacket. Maybe the VarCity, if you aren't comfortable enough with your sexuality to wear both pink and purple in the same suit. I understand maybe you just didn't want a purple and black jacket, but there aren't really any clashing colors in the line at all.
