its going to be very difficult to find a solid binding for $30... you might want to consider finding some old equipment you have and trading it with the money. just a suggestion

i've got some atomics i'll sell you. brand new. they've tumbled around in the box but thats it lol. they are the 09/10 (this years) atomic ffg 12. they come with the standard brake and a 130 mm brake still in the package.
