Replying to Stiffer Tongue for Full Tilts and foot support

I bought Full Tilts last year after skiing 1080's for 4 years and I have to say, they're awesome. I have a couple problems though. In order to get my heel and toe from moving and to keep the boot stiffer I have to crank them as tight as they go. This causes my feet to go numb and I still feel like I don't have control.

Has anyone else had this problem and have the stiffer tongues helped? I know foot support is a must but how much should I expect to pay for good, professionally fitted ones.
