very tough question to single out one person, but there are several (im talking about on ns) that are amazing. my personal favorite on ns is duncan lake (junction 133)

It is really tough to pick a specific best filmer. Someone who consistently stands out is Jon Hatveit with his crazy follow/chase cams, he has that on pretty much everyone. Other than that, Curt Morgan, the art director and main filmer for That's It That's All. The best cinematography to date.
