SPK Chaos problems

has anyone had problems with their 09 10 spk chaos because my top strap on the back is almost ripped off the bolt and the liner string is ripping also? wondering if anyone elses has to

mine isnt really ripping off, it just seems loose.. on the otherhand before i got them i did some research on the years past versions, and the only thing i saw was if u hit the buckle against something really hard (rail, rock, ground) then it might crack.. but otherwise i like mine alot
