I skinned from the glenshee base area and followed my usual ascent to the base of butchers T-Bar. Then skinned above the old dundee ski club hut and around the side of the butchers piste to get better look at the line i was about to descend.
I was roughly standing some were above the allt sron nam fiadh burn, looking across at the line and thinking to my self, this looks a lot further away than i though it was. I started skinning towards the baddoch to get a another look. When i got a bit closer, i thought it look pretty mellow and it wouldn't be a very exiting descent.
I decided to skin south west, then south east toward carn nan sac and up onto the ridge to the small lochs on the ridge. As soon as i got on to the ridge. I pretty much spotted my line straight a way. At the entry, there was a small wind lip, then it rolled over into a convex with a shallow gully on the right. I decided to hike up the ridge, to have a look from the side. Because i was a wee bit wary of the snow conditions.
I'm going to let the helmet cam footage tell the story of the snow conditions.

I traversed across the boulder fields under creag a choire dairich and got some more turn in, before i made the ascent out. I was going to follow the burn down to the A93. But the snow look shallow and baseless and would have been tourcher. Instead i started to head south west, then skinned up to the col and back into the ski area.
Two snap-shoots from the helmet cam footage of the descent of
creag a choire dairich by carn nan sac. I'm thinking about heading back
across there soon, to have a bash at another line.
