I bought a pair of impact shorts of steepandcheap for $20 now my hips hurt alot less. They are on there quite regularly.

Last week, I was goofing around with whirlie birds and forgot my keys were in my pocket. Fell on my hip, landed on my keys, and now I have a bruise the exact shape of my Orage bottle opener.

I have a pair of impact shorts as well! really good idea to get a pair and it just helps to minimise hurting yourself, especially landing hard on your coccyx, that really hurts!
