Wich Lenses for my Nikon D90?

Got a new D90 . But now I am searching witch lenses I need to buy for it.
Going to use it for sportevents skiing , powder trips , indoorskiieeng and mtb events and also landscape photography.
Going to take lessons for it but this is in may . And leaving next week on a road trip .
Budget wise I know that the expensive stuff is normal better so Not going to save on this , if I get a new cam somday I still can use this lenses .


So wich lenses I am going to need the most normal and zoom ?

well, you don't give a price range.

I would get a 50mm 1.8, a 70-200mm f/ 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8, 12-24 f/2.8 or f/4

I mean that pretty much covers the spectrum. the 70-200mm is pretty much the sports lens.

Ok thanks for the reply first one the 50mm is a non zoom lens correct ?

And didn't gave a price rage because like I said don't whant to cut on lenses . A good lens makes more diffrence then a better camera , am I correct on this ?

i shot with the Nikon 10.5 Fisheye today, and it was a really fun lens to shoot with and produced some good shots

yea, you want to aim at something like that. that setup will be very expensive though, so it helps to piece it together. go for the 50 1.8 and the 70-200 2.8 OR 24-70 2.8 (both pricey but well worth the money) first i would say. the wide angle can wait. i wouldn't go for a fisheye or anything like that at first. learn on standard glass then move to something more if you find that the standard lenses aren't cutting it for you.

but your right: glass>body. the glass makes way more of a difference. also, enjoy the d90. its a nice camera and i'm sure you'll have fun with it.

i got a sigma lense. 28 to 300mm for like threehundred new. i cant afford to get a bunch of different lenses, let alone one higher priced one. but this thing does a beautiful job, its pretty good for everything i encounter. i would check it out
