Parking at vail

first time parking at vail resulted in me having to take a city bus for like 45 minuts we parked at safeway and i dont suggest doing it.  anybody know where to park for free and be within walking distance?

i've always parked at the safeway or along the road over there but thats what you get when you have a resort based around millionaire oilmen from europe who come to take a vacation with one of their 12 south american mistresses

i don't know where in sandstone you park but there's no free parking up there, anyways your pretty much fucked there isn't much free parking in vail .

im not sure y it took so long to get from safeway to Vail. Its like a 5 minute bus ride. Did you take the green or the red bus.

...park at the lot in east vail, it's right off the exit.  bus runs every 15 minutes, and it's only a 10 min. ride in...
